The ECCAC is saddened and heartbroken to have the life of a most valuable and exceptional volunteer, lost. Rafael Silva (pictured with his wife Ana Silva) was very passionate about the ECCAC and always went above and beyond for us. He leaves behind his wife and two precious daughters, Noemi and Eliana Silva.
Rafael was the Warehouse Ops Superintendent, Part of the 96th Logistics Readiness Squadron in the United States Air Force. He was deployed to South Korea where he passed away on January 7, 2018.
The family is asking that instead of people sending flowers, that they make a donation instead to the ECCAC. To donate in Rafael's memory, please click
