Cadey Moody is a panhandle native, having resided in Crestview, FL since she was 3 years old and DeFuniak Springs, FL before that. Cadey graduated from Crestview High School in 2011. In 2012, Cadey started working for the Okaloosa County School District as a substitute teacher and has since worked her way up, to the position she holds now, as the Principal’s Secretary at Bruner Middle School in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Along with her many duties as the Principal’s Secretary, Cadey is also the cheerleading coach and BETA Club Co-Sponsor. She thoroughly enjoys mentoring children and helping them realize their fullest potential. Cadey graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management from Northwest Florida State College and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Communications from Liberty University. After Cadey receives her Master’s degree in December 2018, she will dive right into her doctoral studies in Strategic Leadership at Liberty. In her spare time, Cadey can typically be found in Tuscaloosa, AL cheering on her beloved Alabama Crimson Tide sports teams. Serving on the Young Ambassador Board for the ECCAC is something that Cadey doesn’t take for granted. “I believe in the work that the ECCAC is doing and I’m just so grateful to be a part of this amazing organization and help out in any way that I can.”
